Nature of the Service

This site is a private reference with no government authority. It stores no official jail, court, release, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its pages identify Hardeman County and Texas records resources and may connect users to independent research tools. A link or description does not turn an outside result into an official record.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Violate any local, state, federal, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
